Foodhaus provides interior design, architectural consultation, furniture manufacturing, and installation services. The details of each project, including scope, timeline, and deliverables, will be outlined in a specific contract signed by both parties before the project begins.

2. Consultations and Proposals

Initial consultations may be provided to understand your project requirements. Based on these discussions, Foodhaus will provide a proposal detailing the services and estimated costs.
Proposals are valid for a limited period, as stated in the document. Foodhaus reserves the right to adjust costs and timelines after this period.

3. Project Timeline

Foodhaus is committed to completing projects within the agreed-upon timeline. However, unexpected delays due to client approvals, supply issues, or force majeure events (such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances) may affect the timeline.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate information, prompt responses, and necessary approvals to avoid delays.
If additional requirements arise during the project that were not specified in the original contract, additional charges may apply.

5. Payments and Fees

A deposit of [specify percentage, e.g., 50%] is required to confirm the project, with the balance due upon completion.
Additional charges for materials, customizations, or changes to the scope will be invoiced separately, with prior notification to the client.

7. Warranties and Liability

property of the company. The client is granted a limited license to use these designs
solely for the project.
Reproducing or using Foodhaus’s designs without permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

Foodhaus respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We only use your information to communicate with you regarding the project and to fulfill our services.
All project-related discussions, designs, and details will remain confidential unless both
parties agree otherwise.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Foodhaus reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes that may impact their projects or future engagements.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions, both parties agree
to first attempt to resolve the matter through amicable discussions.
If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled according to the applicable laws in the state of Karnataka, India.
